Privacy Policy

Party Booking Wizard provides online booking for family entertainment centers and party venues (each a “Venue”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our booking pages and venue tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you book a party: the parent or guardian’s name, email and phone number; the birthday child’s first name and age; the party date, time, room, package, guest count, add-ons and any notes you enter (for example, allergies).
When you sign a waiver: your name, email, the names of the children it covers, your typed signature, and the time, IP address and browser used to sign.
Payments are processed by Stripe on the Venue’s behalf. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
For Venue staff: account details (name, email, role) and the venue information you enter in the admin area.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To create and manage your booking, take your deposit, send confirmations and reminders, and record your waiver.
To give the Venue the details it needs to host your party.
To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The Venue you book with, which uses your information under its own policies.
Service providers that run the service for us, such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure data hosting) and our email provider. They may only use the information to provide their service.
Authorities, when the law requires it.
Children’s information
Bookings are made by parents or guardians. We collect only what is needed to host the party, such as the child’s first name and age. Our booking pages are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
How long we keep it
Booking, payment and waiver records are kept for as long as the Venue needs them for its business, legal and insurance obligations. Unpaid bookings that are never completed are cancelled automatically.
Your choices
You can ask us or the Venue to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law (such as payment and signed-waiver records). Email us at the address below and tell us which Venue you booked with.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the Venue’s authorized staff, and each Venue can see only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
