At a family entertainment center, the birthday party room is often the biggest booking of the week. Yet booking one usually means calling during business hours, leaving a voicemail, or filling in a form and waiting for someone to call back.

Parents plan parties at night, on their phones, often with the birthday kid leaning over their shoulder. That moment deserved better than a contact form. So we built Party Booking Wizard around it: a short adventure where the family names the hero, lights the candles, picks a room and a package, invites a character, and pays the deposit before they put the phone down.

Behind the portal is the part owners care about. Times that can't be double-booked. Deposits that go straight to the venue's own Stripe account.
